This module has a Voltage Standing Wave Ratio (VSWR) feature. The VSWR allows it to be compatible with the PXIe-5696 VSWR. The supported modulation types include amplitude modulation (AM), frequency modulation (FM), phase modulation (PM), and pulse modulation. This module has an internal reference output frequency 1 and 2 of 10 MHZ and 100 MHz respectively.
PXIe, 250 kHz~20 GHz, PXI RF analog signal generator PXIe-5654 has excellent phase noise and frequency tuning time. These features make them ideal for interceptor testing/receiver desensitization, high-performance intermodulation distortion measurements and a variety of electronic warfare applications. PXIe-5654 is designed to meet the high difficulty requirements such as RFIC characteristic analysis, satellite testing and radar applications. Some PXIe-5654 models come with PXIe-5696 expander modules. The PXIe-5696 supports frequency ranges from 250 kHz to 20 GHz and extended amplitude ranges up to 27 dBm.
